EMBODIMENT & INTERBEING (Adult)

Through movement, intermodal expressive arts and play we connect with our s(S)elves, one another and nature. Moving towards increased consciousness through personal and collective healing. Simultaneously holding grief, joy and gratitude. Honoring the truths in our stories –the places where we are ready to lean in-and where we might find freedom to let go. Embodiment, Exploration. Discovery.

Recognizing our interconnectedness, we endeavor towards personal responsibility and group accountability. Like a forest of trees, we are all connected, and this network requires health at each individual root. We move, get a little dirty, cultivate trust in our intuit - and maybe even surprise ourselves.

CIRCUS ARTS (All Ages)

We bring circus artists and all of the wild equipment to you. We create a safe space for people of all ages to try multiple circus skills - from juggling to acrobatics, tumbling, balance, stilting, physical comedy, rolling globe, movement and various forms of object manipulation in a fun, inviting, non-competitive environment.

(Residencies can be paired with performance of mAyhEm or with an share of the work of the participants.)

TOURING PERFORMANCE (All Ages)

mAyhEm!

mAyhEm! is a delightful solo circus-theater performance that features feats of unicycling shenanigans, as well as juggling, balance, dance, sweet and whacky comedy, object manipulation & audience participation.

WEDDINGS

Artistic Director and Co-Founder, Marcella Trowbridge is a Justice of the Peace for the State of Connecticut and feels proud to have officiated numerous same sex, traditional and non-traditional Weddings. If you or someone you know is getting married, reach out! Marcella is known for crafting simple, elegant, beautiful ceremonies with the couples with whom she works.

DEATH DOULA

Marcella is a (University of Vermont, Larner School of Medicine) certified Death Doula.

She is available to provide emotional, spiritual and practical support for those thinking about, planning for dying and death. She is available for bed-side vigil and grief support.
